Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

All items are made to order, thus shipping typically takes 4-6 weeks for the item to be manufactured and sent. Despite our best efforts, there may be rare occasions where the order may take longer than 4-6 weeks, in which case the customer will be notified through email.

Despite this, we work to complete and deliver every order as quickly as we're able to.

ALL OUR ITEMS ARE SEND OUT VIA TRACKED, SIGNED POSTAGE 

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMERS WILL ALWAYS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY IMPORT BILLS THEY MAY RECEIVE. 

IN THE EVENT THAT ANY ORDERS ARE UNDELIVERED DUE TO INCORRECT DETAILS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, IT WILL BE THE CUSTOMER THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF REDELIVERY.

WE USE A THIRD PARTY COMPANY TO DELIVER OUR ITEMS - IN THE EVENT YOUR ITEM ISN'T DELIVERED / LOST / STOLEN OR DELAYED YOU MUST FOLLOW THE SUBSEQUENT POLICY OF THE DELIVERY COMPANY. ORPHUS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES ONCE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED. FULL TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED AND SHOULD BE REFERRED TO. IN THE CASE OF A REFUND, PLEASE SEND THE ITEM BACK TRACKED.
